KELLY J. MENDINI 

 Project Manager - kmendini@jschmitt.cc 

As Project Manager, Kelly is in charge of all overall administrative and technical management of construction project from preconstruction phase through final acceptance by client. Kelly will meet with owner and architect to assess scope of work and clearly understand the project at hand, and continue make regular site visits including weekly progress meetings. Through the entire process, Kelly will monitor and control construction to ensure project is being built on schedule and within budget.   

 

JAKE L. SCHURR 

Project Manager - jschurr@jschmitt.cc 

Jake is in charge of providing the overall administration and technical management of the construction project, from pre-construction phase through the client’s final acceptance. Jake understands that assessing the scope of work and understanding the project at hand is key to a successful project. That is why Jake will be meeting with the owner and architect before and during construction. Jake will monitor construction, ensuring the project is being built on schedule and within budget. 

 

ERIC J. WILLIAMS, LEED® AP 

Chief Estimator - ewilliams@jschmitt.cc 

Eric is responsible for developing quality estimates (GMP) and realistic schedules at conceptual and construction document levels, evaluate material and labor costs; evaluate and tabulate subcontractor estimates and materials; prepare final tabulations, bid submittals, and present project costs to owners for final review and selection of subcontractors and suppliers which best serve the needs of the client. 

 

CONNIE S. WELLS 

Senior Project Accountant - cwells@jschmitt.cc 

From inception to completion, Connie provides the link between project accounting and corporate accounting through her involvement with the “paper side” of the project. Her specific project related tasks include assisting with the preparation of contracts, purchase orders, change orders and billings. Corporately, she maintains our accounts payables and receivables, assuring payments to vendors are processed and distributed in a timely and accurate manner. 

 

BETH A. WIEBERDINK 

Payroll Clerk - bwieberdink@jschmitt.cc

Beth coordinates all aspects of the payroll process from the collection and entry of timesheets to the remittance of payroll taxes and union fringe benefits. In addition, Beth maintains our vendor certificate of insurance records and ensures that they are in compliance with contract requirements. 

 

NEIL R. SCHMITT 

Project/SETOP Administrator - nschmitt@jschmitt.cc

 Neil is responsible for the collection and assembly of project closeout materials and maintenance manuals, including our SETOP program that we give to our client owners. He is responsible for assisting the coordination of shop drawings, submittals and RFI’s during the construction process 

 

ANN T. DIETSCHE 

Administrative Assistant - adietsche@jschmitt.cc

 Ann maintains all office functions: phone coverage, filing, faxing, copying, mail packaging and distribution, orders and requests. In addition, Ann assists the estimating department through the coordination of plan documents and posting items for bid on the iSqFt system.
